HTM 06-02/03 Safety Programme
 
This document sets out the planned sequence of operations to be followed before safety documents are issued for electrical work on low voltage/high voltage systems. It details the purpose of proposed work or testing, the sequence of safety operations to be performed, details of safety documents to be issued, and the reinstatement process for restoring the electrical system to normal operation on completion of work. The Safety Programme must be prepared by an Authorised Person and, may need to be countersigned by another Authorised Person with knowledge of the site and system.
