Ordering

Orders

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

Contract creation and electronic contracting

The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:

You place the order for your products on the Website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website

We will send you an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on payment of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions below in change or cancel an order section.

We must receive payment in full for all goods ordered and any related charges for delivery and additional services before your order can be processed, unless we have agreed this in writing in advance of the order.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result from one of the following:

The product you ordered being unavailable from stock

Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment

The identification of a pricing or product description error

Your not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions

The contract will be concluded in English.

The details of your specific contract will not be filed by Docs-Store.

It's important that any unwanted item(s), unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused.

For a refund you should also return any free or promotional items which were included with the original sale of a product. The carriage will not be refunded.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on the following items:

Products which have been personalised for you, such as work wear, stationery and ID cards.

In line with our returns policy, you have up to 30 days from receipt of your goods to exchange a product.

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders

If your order is incomplete, please bear in mind that products may be sent out from multiple locations and so arrive separately; please allow a little extra time before contacting us.

For damaged products, incomplete orders or dispatched orders that don't arrive within the expected time period, please email us at enquiries@docs-store.co.uk or call us on 0333 339 7679 0900 - 1700, Mon Fri.

Refund Policy

Once we have received the returned goods and verified they are in the appropriate condition, we'll refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order.
